New Calls for Artists

Mt Scott Community Center Stairwell & Main Lobby Area Artwork (deadline is April 24, 2024)

In partnership with City of Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R), the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) invites artists/artist teams living in Oregon and southern Washington to submit qualifications for a site-specific interior artwork in the main lobby at the soon-to-be renovated and expanded Mt Scott Community Center. One artist/artist team will be selected to create a 2-dimensional artwork along the lobby’s multi-story stairwell north-facing wall.

Garden Duet VI (deadline is April 30, 2024)

Two private gardens in inner SE Portland will be filled with stunning garden art crafted from reclaimed & recycled materials. 

The art must be composed of a minimum of 80% reclaimed material & can be functional or decorative.

Redmond Arts Festival 2024 (deadline is April 8, 2024)

VALA Eastside and Redmond Town Center invite artists, craftspeople, and designers in all categories to submit an application to participate in the 13th Annual Redmond Arts Festival at Redmond Town Center in Redmond, Washington. This three-day outdoor festival takes place July 12-14, 2024, and features approximately 60 artist booths, a community art project, and live entertainment.

This exhibit will look at both subjects and the powerful visual language of contemporary photographers who are exploring and documenting these exciting subjects. Call for Artists: Oregon City Festival of the Arts 2024

For the eighth year, the Three Rivers Artist Guild is presenting an arts, culture and heritage event known as the Oregon City Festival of the Arts (OCFOTA) on August 10 and 11, 2024.

The festival will be held at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive & Visitor Information Center located at 1726 Washington Street, Oregon City, OR 97045. Hours of Operation are 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. both days. This event is free to the public.

Call for Artists: Spring Fling Art Festival 2024

The Spring Fling is back for a forth year and will be held on May 4 and 5, from 10 am till 4 pm, at the Pioneer Community Center in Oregon City.

Set up will be on Friday, May 3 from 3 pm till 6 pm.

The deadline for applications extended till April 24, 2024, and the show is now open to all local artists.

Notification of acceptance will be sent the first week of April along with further instructions and setup information.

The 28th annual Art In The Pearl Fine Arts & Crafts Festival takes place Labor Day weekend Saturday, August 31 through Monday, September 2. The show is located in the North Park Blocks of the Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. 130 exceptional visual artists have been selected to exhibit by an independent jury panel comprised of both working artists and art professionals.
