Food Vendor Application for the 2024 Oregon City Festival of the Arts

Elevating and Encouraging the Arts in Oregon City

The Three Rivers Artist Guild is presenting the 8th Annual Oregon City Festival of the Arts. The festival includes 55 local artists, children’s hands on art, entertainment both days and food vendors. The 2024 event welcomed around 6,000 visitors to Oregon City’s Premier art event. The festival is held at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, 1726 SE Washington Street, Oregon City, August 10 and 11, 2024. The goal of the event is to promote visual and performing artists, the heritage community, tourism groups and local food and beverage vendors to create a unique community event. This event will be free to the public.

  • Please note the following important information:
  • Booth fee for both days is $150.
  • Hours for the show are 9-4 Saturday and Sunday. Set-up is Friday from 2 p.m. till 5 p.m. or Saturday morning beginning at 7 a.m. with set-up completed by 8:30 a.m.
  • Security is provided for the site overnight on both Friday and Saturday nights.
  • This is an outdoor event and electrical outlets are not available. You are responsible for your own equipment. You will need to bring your own generator for power.
  • Please note: The generator must be muted or sound suppressed.
  • A space will be assigned to you on the round tarmac area on the Washington Street side which will give you easy access into the festival.
  • Early departures are not permitted.
  • The following information is required by the city for each food vendor and must be included with application and payment:
  • Food vendor must obtain a temporary restaurant license if you do not have one.
  • Food vendor must provide a copy of their business liability insurance listing the Oregon City Festival of the Arts as an additional insured.
  • Vendors must provide a business license.

Applications are due no later than May 15, 2024. If you cancel before June 1 you will receive 50% of the booth fee. We will let you know if you have been excepted as a food vendor for this event in a timely fashion. At that point you will pay the $150 fee.

The food vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Three Rivers Artist Guild from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, including attorney fees, which may arise in any manner from food vendor’s activities as authorized by this agreement. This release and indemnification obligation includes, but is not limited to, claims made by the food vendor, its agents, or employees.
