New Calls for Artists
Fiber in 3D (deadline is November 30, 2023)
This juried exhibition will appear in the spring 2024 issue of Fiber Art Now to be released in early April 2024. Selected artwork will be eligible for the onsite exhibition at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, Houston, Texas, January 27 through May 4, 2024. Artists are invited to enter TWO innovative three-dimensional artworks of original design that stretch the boundaries of fiber and textile techniques. The artwork must include a fiber component or textile technique.
Christmas Bazaar (deadline is December 7, 2023)
Come be part of our Christmas Bazaar at the Oregon City Church of the Nazarene on December 9, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm. The deadline is December 7. The set up is 6-8 p.m. and then again Saturday morning from 8-9:30 a.m.
All spaces are 9 feet wide by 7 feet deep. Double spaces are still available. A basic space in which the artist brings their own tables/risers and needs no power is $35. If the artist would like to use our table(s), add $10. Add an additional $10 if the artist needs power.
Poster Art Submissions Wanted for Corvallis Fall Festival (deadline is January 5, 2024)
Corvallis Fall Festival is seeking art submissions for the 2024 festival poster. Proposals, sketches or finished artworks should be submitted via email to the director no later than January 5, 2024. Designs will be chosen and Artists notified by the end of January.
- Art should depict what Corvallis, Corvallis Fall Festival, or Fall means to you.
- Anyone is welcome to submit, preference given to local and/or previous CFF Artists.
- Artists who produced a CFF poster within the last 10 years will not be considered
- Please also submit a website or pictures of previously finished pieces.

Home Is Where the HeART Is (deadline is November 19, 2023)
Oregon and southwest Washington artists are invited to apply to the 7th annual juried show presented by Lunaria Gallery in Silverton, Oregon. ‘Home is Where the Heart Is’ is open to all media. Artists are asked to address the idea of ‘HOME.’ We feel that the theme is open to broad interpretation, can be emotionally evocative, and visually resonant. Learn more and apply >>
Call for Vendors: Elsie Stuhr Holiday Bazaar (December 2, 2023)
The Elsie Stuhr Holiday Bazaar is Saturday, December 2nd from 9am-3pm. There will be over 50 vendors selling homemade, handcrafted items perfect for holiday gifts. There will also be raffle giveaways, music and lots of holiday spirit! Learn more and apply >>

Salem Art Association (SAA) invites artists to apply for and participate in the 75th Anniversary celebration of the Salem Art Fair & Festival in 2024. The Salem Art Fair has an outstanding reputation among participants and visitors alike, attracting 20,000 attendees annually.
